Feedback wanted: update to Professional Standards for Hospital Pharmacy Services

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is currently reviewing its Professional Standards for Hospital Pharmacy Services, and is seeking member feedback on the draft updates.

The standards are primarily aimed at providers of hospital pharmacy services, but are also relevant to those working in acute, mental health, private, community service, prison, hospice and ambulance settings. Initially published in 2012, the standards were most recently updated in 2014.

The draft version of the updated document can be downloaded from the RPS website, and will be open for consultation until 11 September 2017. Consultation responses may be sent to Rebecca Braybrooks at support@rpharms.com.
