Royal College of Pharmacy elections 2026: Ebun Ojo

Candidate for the National Pharmacy Advisory Council for England

Ebun Ojo is a senior pharmacist and system leader, specialising in cardiovascular disease prevention, medicines optimisation and population health. She is a cardiovascular lead pharmacist for NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and a non-medical prescribing lead in Sheffield general practice, where she supports evidence-based prescribing and implementation of national policy into frontline care.

She is the founder and director of Local Action for Better Cardiovascular Disease Prevention CIC, a community interest company focused on improving patient activation, health literacy and equitable access to prevention support. Ebun has led transformation programmes to strengthen lipid optimisation and secondary prevention for people at highest cardiovascular risk and has contributed nationally through service development and quality standards work.

She is passionate about positioning pharmacy at the centre of prevention, developing the next generation of professional leaders and strengthening inclusive representation and engagement across the profession.
