RPS elections 2024: Aiysha Raoof

English Pharmacy Board candidate

Having graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2018 and recognised by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and The Pharmaceutical Journal as a ‘Woman to Watch’ 2020, I have a diverse background spanning sectors, clinical and leadership roles, bringing a fresh voice to the board.

A former clinical leadership Fellow, currently a deputy trust pharmacist, head of medicines optimisation, governance and medicines safety officer, alongside experiences as an independent prescriber and ICS associate, I have first-hand experience navigating complex landscapes and transformative initiatives.

I am committed to our development in all areas, wellbeing support across career stages and need for a visible professional identity. Our vision must translate into tangible actions, ensuring a ‘seat at the table’ when discussions related to our profession are had and becoming a royal college.

Vote for me, to bring these skills and your voice to the Board, collaborate to drive change and elevate our profession.
