Graham John Palfrey dies

On 22 November 2014, Graham John Palfrey, aged 81, of The Fold, Sheep Street, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham GL54 1AU. Mr Palfrey registered with the Society in 1957. He left the Society in 2014.
