Member feedback sought on draft plans for UK-wide Foundation Pharmacist Framework

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is seeking members’ help as it plans the design of a UK-wide Foundation Pharmacist Framework.

Pharmacists who have worked with foundation or early career pharmacists are invited to complete a short survey giving their feedback on draft criteria for the core skills, knowledge and behaviours a pharmacist should develop in the early stage of their career.

Ultimately, the framework will be used to measure the skills and capabilities of pharmacists at the point of career entry, during development, and upon completion of training programmes.

The survey can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FoundationPharmacistSurvey.It should take around 20 minutes to complete. All responses will be confidential.

The survey closes on 28 February 2019.
