On 30 July 2015, Sheila Helen Paterson MRPharmS, aged 74, of Rothes, Aberlour, Banffshire. Mrs Paterson registered with the Society in 1965. She was a founder and first chair of the Scottish Borders branch of the Society and chair of the Aberdeen and North Eastern Scottish branch. Mrs Paterson served as a member of the Scottish Executive for more than 20 years and worked as chief administrative pharmaceutical officer and chief pharmacist in the Borders area, among other roles.
