Callum Brown is a pharmacist by background who now works full-time in patient safety and experience. His main area of interest is how the disciplines of patient safety and quality improvement can be combined to improve the safety and experience of not only patients, but also healthcare staff. Callum holds a PgCert in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement, MSc in Health and Care System Leadership and is a Chartered Manager.
