David Bowen (1936–2025)

On 24 September 2025, David Arthur Bowen MPharmS, aged 89 years, of Southampton, Hampshire. Mr Bowen registered with the Society in 1959. 

Tribute

My father, David Bowen, retired in April 1997 and spent his time on his allotment, delving further into our family history and the history of Hadlow Pharmacy in Kent (which his father owned for many years).

He regularly participated in French conversation and also indulged in a passion for cookery.
