Jane Coleborn is chief pharmacist at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation trust. The study above was completed as part of her postgraduate study.nnBio: I am the Chief Pharmacist at the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon and have been in post for 3 years. I qualified in 1984 after graduating from Aston University the previous year. I have had a varied career to date, working in both community pharmacy and primary care as well as hospital pharmacy. I qualified as a non-medical prescriber in 2006 and went on to complete a clinical diploma at Bath University in 2008 . I have recently gained a masters degree in Leadership and Management at University West of England and I am now looking for my next challenge.
