Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith is a paediatric palliative care pharmacy technician for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS). She began her career working in community pharmacy as a counter assistant before securing a post as a student pharmacy technician in the Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow. She successfully gained her SVQ level 3 in pharmacy services and NC in pharmaceutical science and continued to work in the Victoria Infirmary as a rotational technician. She worked there for 8 years and qualified as a dispensary checking technician before moving on to work with a primary care rehabilitation service in the city carrying out medicine adherence visits in patient’s homes.
