Mark Stone

Mark is the Project Pharmacist at Devon Local Pharmaceutical Committee where he has worked since 2006. Mark has worked on projects such as the Devon LPC Stock Shortage audits, Magic a MUR (MUR Training), NMS One training, and has conducted research in areas of pharmacy practice e.g. health promotion champions. Mark co-authored the Plymouth Health Living Pilot evaluation and the Pharmacist Led Diabetes service in Plymouth evaluation (evaluations can be found on Devon LPC website). nnMark is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist for a large GP practice in Cornwall, where he works as a clinical primary care pharmacist. He runs clinics focussing on clinical medication reviews for long term conditions and minor illnesses.
