Sehar Shahid

Sehar Shahid MPharmS is a UK-registered pharmacist independent prescriber, pharmacy leader, and entrepreneur with a strong focus on clinical governance, digital health, and obesity and women’s health services. She is the founder and superintendent pharmacist of 24 HR Pharmacy, an innovative online pharmacy delivering safe, regulated private clinical services, and the founder of The Pharmacy Consultant, supporting pharmacy owners with governance, compliance, and service development. Sehar currently serves as the elected NPA Board Director for Scotland and is a clinical trainer for Eli Lilly, delivering education on evidence-based weight-management prescribing. Her professional interests include independent prescribing reform, digital pharmacy regulation, patient safety, and the future of community and online pharmacy. She is passionate about empowering pharmacists through education, leadership, and robust clinical frameworks, and regularly contributes to national discussions on pharmacy innovation and best practice.
