Royal College of Pharmacy elections 2026: Aisling Considine

Candidate for the National Pharmacy Advisory Council for England

Aisling has over 20 years’ pharmacy experience and is the deputy chief pharmacist for emergency planning and business development at Kings College Hospital, London.

Her career portfolio demonstrates a clinically focused and operationally strong professional. She is experienced in responding to challenge and uncertainty whilst consistently advocating for patients and colleagues.

Aisling has held several national and regional committee roles, which allowed her to collaborate across boundaries and effectively engage with policymakers championing the significant contribution the pharmacy profession makes to a patient’s healthcare journey.

She is passionate about visible, engaged leadership and this is a primary reason for her election application. Aisling believes the royal college must prioritise building and retaining a broad and diverse membership to ensure it truly represents the profession and its concerns.

In a time of significant reform for the NHS, Aisling wants to ensure that pharmacy as a profession is not overlooked.
