I’m a pharmacist who has spent my career working across hospital, primary care and community roles, always motivated by improving patient care and supporting the teams who deliver it. In my role as head of pharmacy operations, I’m proud to lead talented pharmacy teams, helping shape services, grow the workforce and drive meaningful, evidence‑based improvement across acute and primary care. I believe in kind, collaborative and empowering leadership that brings people together to solve problems. I am interested in how technology and digital innovation can enhance medicines optimisation and patient safety. If elected, I will bring compassionate, experienced leadership and a commitment to modern, sustainable, patient‑centred progress for our profession.
