Royal College of Pharmacy elections 2026: Rona Lee
Candidate for the National Pharmacy Advisory Council for England

I am a pharmacist of mixed heritage with experience across community and hospital pharmacy, mentoring future pharmacists and leading medicines optimisation projects. My career includes evaluating care for patients with autism and learning disabilities, supporting GPs to improve outcomes and implementing public health initiatives.
As a mother to a high-functioning autistic child, I actively advocate for inclusion, equity and accessible support in schools and healthcare. I founded an autism spectrum disorder football group and help families navigate education and healthcare systems, combining lived experience with professional expertise.
By voting for me, you are choosing representation, fairness and action. Together, we can build a profession where race, gender, sexuality, background or difference never limit opportunity and where inclusion is embedded, not optional.
