8 June 2015: Royal Pharmaceutical Society spokesperson Elen Jones wrote an article in the Western Mail in Wales about hayfever and how people can visit a pharmacy to seek treatment for their symptoms.
Jones said: “Pharmacists are the experts on effects of medicines on people, so speak to your local pharmacist about which medicine is most appropriate for you. They will need to know information on your symptoms, triggers, lifestyle and any other medication you may be taking. Since it can take time for hayfever medication to build up its effect, it’s important to take action now to ensure that hayfever does not stuff up your summer.”
