Eileen Neilson

Eileen Neilson, MSc, MBA, is director at Willow Consulting (London) Limited. She was head of policy development at RPSGB from 2000-2009, and policy adviser to the UK Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting (predecessor to the Nursing and Midwifery Council) prior to that. She is a lay member of the Professional Conduct Committee at the Bar Standards Board, Chair of the Quality Review Sub-Committee and a case examiner.
